Abstract

Представлен принципиальный подход к новой двухсторонней концепции трансформации содержания труда рабочих отрасли ЖЭХ в современных экономических условиях. Автором доказывается необходимость разработки новой концепции трансформации содержания труда рабочих, обеспечивающей создание действенного механизма производственно-трудовых отношений на предприятиях жилищно-эксплуатационного хозяйства. Автором предложены три группы принципов, определяющих методологическую базовую основу новой концепции трансформации содержания и оценки труда рабочих отрасли ЖЭХ.
