Abstract

Проанализировано функционирование внутреннего учебного центра розничной компании федерального масштаба на примере аптечной сети 36,6. Рассматривается система и принципы работы подразделения, реализуемые спецпроекты для решения операционных задач бизнеса и укрепления стратегической конкурентоспособности, приводятся типичные проблемы, с которыми приходится сталкиваться торговым предприятиям в процессе подготовки и переподготовки персонала, даны рекомендации по разрешению возникающих трудностей, полученные путем практической реализации проектов учебного центра.
