Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам обеспечения качества воды, используемой в пищевых производствах. Рассмотрены причины высокой степени загрязненности воды системы централизованного водообеспечения, проведен сравнительный анализ требований к качеству воды, установленных в РФ и других странах. В статье приведены результаты исследования качества воды водопроводной и артезианской, используемой в пищевых производствах.
