Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию отраслевых и региональных моделей рынка труда российской экономики. Авторами предложена методика определения типа (внутреннего или внешнего) рынка труда с позиции отраслевой структуры экономики субъектов Российской Федерации. Проведена кластеризация регионов по типу сформированной модели рынка труда, выявлены тенденции региональных сдвигов и обоснованы концептуальные подходы дифференциации государственного регулирования трудовых сегментов.
