Abstract

Рассмотрена история возникновения важнейшей финансовой инновации в России XVIII века, а именно проблема чеканки полноценных денег. Большое внимание уделено роли в проведении этой инновации государственного деятеля и крупного ученого Татищева Василия Никитича. Поставлен и рассмотрен вопрос, который, однако, до наших дней остается открытым, о том, что считать вознаграждением за организационную работу по внедрению инноваций, что доходом, а что взяткой. Поставленные проблемы являются актуальными и в наши дни, а ознакомление с историей проблемы будет способствовать ее решению.
