Abstract

Выделены важнейшие компоненты достойного труда, позволяющие оценить различия в наиболее проблемных аспектах социально-трудовой сферы занятость, заработная плата, квалификация и безопасность труда. На основании авторской методики расчета интегрального индекса достойного труда в разрезе субъектов Российской Федерации рассчитаны и проанализированы в динамике интегральные показатели качества жизни в части программы «Достойный труд» по России в целом, федеральным округам и субъектам РФ за последнее десятилетие. Выявлены закономерности формирования интегрального индекса достойного труда в регионах России, намечены пути оценки эффективности реализуемых государственных программ в социально-трудовой сфере.
