Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам оценки уровня социально-экономического развития городов-миллионников в России. Помимо традиционных методов экономических измерений авторы используют новые подходы, предлагаемые экономической теорией, рассматривают результаты стратегического развития как результат реализации административного ресурса.
