Abstract

Рассматриваются различные аспекты, отражающие суть современной парадигмы сервиса промышленного предприятия, с одной стороны, как фактора расширения сбыта продукции и обеспечения стратегического конкурентного преимущества предприятия-производителя, с другой стороны как фактора обеспечения оптимального и экономически эффективного использования приобретенной предприятием-потребителем продукции.
