Abstract

Рассмотрены возможности повышения эффективности цепей поставок на основе GAP-анализа. Изучена сущность анализа разрывов, выбраны критерии функционирования логистической системы, разработаны относительные показатели, позволяющие оценить разрывы в системе. Для отрасли трубной промышленности предложены пороговые значения этих показателей.
