Подход К Стратегическому Управлению Малым Инновационным Предприятием

Abstract

Выделены основные подходы к управлению малым инновационным предприятием и предложена модель стратегического управления, сформированная с учетом особенностей малых инновационных предприятий. В основу выбора стратегии заложен анализ степени развития продукта, анализ степени доступности ресурсов, а также оценка степени развития бизнес-компонента предприятия. Отмечено, что комбинации данных оценок позволяют сформировать широкую совокупность альтернатив развития предприятия от рекомендации по самостоятельному продолжению работ и выходу на рынок до рекомендации поисков возможностей вступления в стратегический альянс с крупным предприятием.
