Увеличение Платежеспособного Спроса Населенияна Товары Отечественного Производства Путем Использования Внутренних Платежных Средств

Abstract

Рассмотрены зависимость между развитием экономики и платежеспособностью населения. Для увеличения платежеспособного спроса населения и защиты отечественного производителя от импорта предложено для частичной оплаты изготавливаемых в России товаров народного потребления ввести в обращение внутренние платежные средства, не подлежащие обмену на обычные рубли и иностранную валюту.
