Abstract

Введено понятие регулярных динамических систем, определены необходимые и достаточные условия регулярности. Рассмотрено применение плоскости Вышнеградского для анализа свойств регулярных систем третьего порядка: на этой плоскости выделяются области, соответствующие различным сочетаниям знаков собственных чисел кросс-грамиана системы, и строятся кривые равной обусловленности системной матрицы в сбалансированном представлении.
