Abstract

Рассмотрена задача распределения выделенных финансовых средств на инновационные проекты по различным тематическим направлениям, важным для предприятия. Предложена человеко-машинная методика отбора предложений на реализацию инновационных проектов, которые по затратам укладываются в выделенные средства, а по характеристикам являются наилучшими по заданным предприятием критериям. Приведен алгоритм распределения выделенных средств по отдельным направлениям, а внутри в рамках каждого из них по совокупности предложений по инновационным проектам.
