Воздействие Мультипликативного Эффекта На Баланс Инвестиций И Сбережений В Жилищном Секторе

Abstract

Изложены экономически обоснованные взаимосвязи сбережений и инвестиционного капитала, их трансформации в реальные инвестиции, направленные на развитие жилищного сектора. Выявлены основные достоинства и недостатки способов вложения личных сбережений населения, что позволяет детально изучить природу будущих инвестиций. Отмечена необходимость разработки сбалансированной системы управления денежными средствами населения с привлечением эффективного инструмента ипотечного кредита.
