Abstract

Рассмотрен один из возможных подходов к управлению качеством продукции путем более точного учета интересов потребителей на этапе планирования производства. Предложены модели формирования оптимального портфеля заказов с учетом их важности и составления главного календарного и операционного планов производства, снижающих риски нарушения сроков поставки продукции.
