Abstract

Разработана математическая модель для системного анализа и оптимального управления инновационным бюджетным финансированием отраслевых научных организаций (на примере химической промышленности). Предложена методология детерминированной оценки инновационных проектов, предусматривающая рейтинговую оценку инновационного потенциала научной организации-разработчика, комплексную оценку творческого коллектива разработчиков проекта и оценку экономической эффективности конкурсных инновационных проектов
