Abstract

Обсуждена проблема доступа широких масс населения к информации. Введено понятие «открытые системы массового обслуживания» и рассмотрено применение технологии распознавания речи для организации голосового интерфейса информационных систем. Описана действующая система с телефонным доступом к базам данных.
