Управление Старением И Продолжительностью Жизни

Abstract

Отмечено, что накопленные данные о факторах, влияющих на процессы старения и продолжительность жизни, позволяют ставить задачу управления этими процессами на уровне клетки, органа, организма, популяции. Подчеркнуто, что накопленный в биологии, медицине, геронтологии и демографии опыт требует обобщения с позиций, позволяющих учитывать общие закономерности процессов, протекающих в разнотипных системах. Дан анализ результатов экспериментов по влиянию различных факторов на продолжительность жизни червей C.elegans и данных по инвалидизации людей в старших возрастах. На основании полученных результатов указаны потенциальные пути управления старением и увеличением продолжительности жизни.
