Управление Выбором Поставщика В Условиях Вероятностного Прогноза

Abstract

Рассмотрена модель вероятностного прогноза выбора наилучшего поставщика, в соответствии с которой динамика параметров поставщика описывается временными рядами, моделируемыми трехслойными искусственными нейронными сетями; поставщик оценивается путем вычисления функции полезности; при выборе поставщика рассчитывается вероятность его преимущества с учетом прогноза. Дан пример выбора наилучшего поставщика щебня в дорожном строительстве.
