О Причинах Экологических Информационных Войн В Регионе

Abstract

Отмечено, что проблемы экологической безопасности становятся, как правило, поводом для информационных войн, цель которых овладение властью и ресурсами. Ярким примером подобных войн служит борьба за контроль над финансовыми потоками, направляемыми в регионы на реализацию крупных инвестиционных проектов. В данной работе решается связанная с настоящей проблемой задача академика Н.Н. Моисеева для современных условий, когда, кроме интересов федерального центра, учитываются интересы регионов.
