Abstract

Представлены результаты применения нового актуального научного направления исследований сценарного проектирования сложных систем. Рассмотрены исходные предпосылки моделирования, модель поведения социально-экономической системы и факторы, обусловливающие изменение ее состояний. Приведены результирующие сценарии синергетического поведения, а также прямого и аттрактивного управления Союзом Сербии и Черногории на перспективу 10-15 лет. Указаны необходимые этапы осуществления социально-экономических преобразований для эффективного достижения поставленных целей.
