Управление Качеством В Сложных Технологических Процессах

Abstract

Изложена методология управления качеством в сложных технологических процессах. Для оценки состояния технологии и качества продукции, характеризуемых измеренными значениями технологических факторов и показателей качества, которые описываются случайными величинами, предложено использовать энтропию, а для выявления взаимосвязи между технологией и качеством количество информации. Рассмотрены две технологии: локальная, связанная с единицей продукции, и глобальная, регламентирующая производство продукции одного вида. При управлении качеством оптимизируется локальная технология, а глобальная ограничивает область ее определения. Разработана самообучающаяся система управления качеством.
