Abstract

Предложен комплексный подход к созданию систем управления инновационным развитием регионов, муниципальных образований, отраслей и предприятий, основанный на принципах программно-целевого управления. Указаны математические методы решения задач управления, возникающих при его реализации.The paper describes the integrated approach to region (municipalities, industries, enterprises) innovative development control system on the basis of program-target planning and mathematical methods for solution of problems that arise during its implementation.
