Инвестиционная Теория Циклов И Трансформационная Экономика Беларуси

Abstract

Описаны циклические процессы, протекающие в трансформационной экономике Республики Беларусь в постсоветском периоде. В результате анализа объема инвестиций в основной капитал за этот период по годовым, а затем по квартальным и помесячным статистическим данным выделены специфические черты распространения волновых процессов в инвестиционной сфере, а также их влияние на формирование циклических волн в динамике объема национального производства. Рассмотрены возможные варианты спецификации уравнений динамики валового внутреннего продукта и объема инвестиций в основной капитал производственного и непроизводственного назначений. С помощью графических моделей объяснено специфическое распространение мультипликативного эффекта от инвестиционных вливаний в экономику, распределенного во времени.
