Abstract

Рассмотрена двухфазная модель с неограниченными очередями на каждой фазе, предназначенная для расчета и оптимизации телефонных речевых порталов самообслуживания на базе компьютерного распознавания речи. Определены стационарные распределения вероятностей состояний системы и вероятностно-временные характеристики обслуживания.
