Нейросетевой Синтез Стратегий Развития Промышленного Производства В Регионе

Abstract

Предложен метод синтеза стратегий развития регионального производства в условиях непредставительной статистики макроэкономических показателей. Для представления данных использованы нечеткие переменные, а для синтеза управляющих воздействий в условиях неполной априорной информации применены булевы нейронные сети, структура и параметры которых определяются на обучающей выборке. Метод успешно применен для синтеза краткосрочных стратегий роста промышленного производства в Мордовии и Пензенской области в 1995-2000 гг.
