Abstract

Рассмотрен подход к экономико-математическому моделированию систем материального стимулирования работников предприятий специального машиностроения. Разработана система материального стимулирования в условиях интенсификации производства. Определена область согласования экономических интересов руководства и исполнителей. Предложен алгоритм синтеза системы материального стимулирования.
