Abstract

Описана система "Автовокзал-2", являющаяся развитием первой в нашей стране автоматизированной системы продажи автобусных перевозок. Изложены подходы к проектированию системы, описаны ее функциональные, технические и технологические особенности. Отмечено, что система "Автовокзал-2", помимо выполнения основных функций, послужила основой для построения контура управления коммерческой деятельностью всех участников перевозочного процесса.
