Abstract

Рассмотрена математическая модель процессов приема корреспонденции, позволяющая оценить эффективность работы программно-технического комплекса автоматизированного оповещения адресатов и другие характеристики, связанные с решением задачи оперативной доставки корреспонденции в крупных организационных структурах.
