Abstract

Методом математического моделирования проведена оценка эффективности применения противоопухолевого препарата доксорубицина в терапевтической и сверхмалых дозах в отношении экспериментальной опухоли мышей (карциномы Льюис). Получена бимодальная зависимость "доза-эффект". Показано, что введение сверхмалых доз ци-тостатика приводит к изменению параметров модели роста опухоли относительно контроля. Рассмотрены различные подходы к объяснению механизмов действия лекарственных препаратов в сверхмалых дозах.
