Экспресс-Модель Оценки Стоимости Бизнеса

Abstract

Рассмотрена модель экспресс-расчета стоимости бизнеса путем оценки будущих денежных потоков с помощью метода финансового прогнозирования. В качестве основных параметров приняты показатели на базе общедоступной финансовой отчетности. Приведен пример расчета стоимости одной из крупнейших российских компаний и дано сопоставление с рыночными оценками. Сделан вывод о приемлемой точности экспресс-модели.The model of express calculation of business value due to forecasting of cash flow is discussed. The cash flow is built by model of financial forecasting. The main model parameters are taken from available financial reports. The example of business valuation of one largest Russian corporation is given. The comparison with market observation is performed. The conclusion of appropriate accuracy is made.
