Роль Государства В Формировании Благоприятной Институциональной Среды, Обеспечивающей Развитие Промышленного Комплекса Региона (На Примере Г. Москвы)

Abstract

Дана оценка состояния государственного регулирования процесса трансформации постсоциалистической экономики. Сделан вывод о стратегической важности формирования эффективной институциональной среды и необходимости усиления роли государства в ее формировании. Определены основные направления совершенствования институциональной среды на настоящем этапе проведения реформ. Приведены примеры действий Правительства Москвы по поиску механизмов, способных обеспечить как соблюдение основных норм государственного права, так и совершенствование практики хозяйствования субъектов экономики как единого комплекса, с учетом баланса их интересов, обеспечения условий развития, соблюдения национальных интересов.
