Abstract

Рассмотрены базовые подходы к автоматизации обнаружения и классификации дефектов, возникающих при производстве микросхем. Описана система для решения проблемы улучшения управления производством микросхем. Обсуждены применяемые алгоритмы обработки изображений, распознавания образов, а также генерации вербальных описаний для автоматически полученных классов дефектов
