Abstract

Рассмотрены формализованные финансово-экономические методы контроллинга, реализуемые при управлении хозяйственной деятельностью интегрированных компаний. Дана общая формализованная постановка задачи оптимизации учетной политики и описаны принципы построения имитационных моделей бюджетирования. Рассмотрены методы решения задачи оптимизации бюджета и приведен практический пример ее численного решения.
