Оценка Составляющих Результативности Управления Отдельных Стран По Методу «Пассивного» Эксперимента

Abstract

С помощью «пассивного» эксперимента выявлены две составляющие отношения результативность/затраты. Первая из них исходный уровень отношения результативность/затраты определяется индексом институционального развития. Вторая действующее значение отношения результативность/затраты уровнем использования основного и «человеческого» капитала в процессе управления. Показана достаточно высокая адекватность управления российской экономикой
