Многокритериальная Оценка Качества Информационных Систем При Неопределенности

Abstract

Рассмотрена проблема многокритериальной оценки значений характеристик качества информационных систем. Предложена модель оценки этих характеристик в виде двухуровневой статистической модели принятия решений в условиях неопределенности. Дана классификация априорной информированности лица, принимающего решения, о состояниях среды. Описаны новые критерии выбора наилучшего варианта информационной системы.
