Abstract

Построены и исследованы математические модели, позволяющие решать задачи управления информационным обменом в обществе. Для построения и анализа математических моделей предложен метод информационных элементарных балансов и применены методы нелинейной динамики систем. Приведены результаты численных расчетов, получены качественные и количественные оценки, подтверждающие работоспособность построенных моделей. Даны рекомендации по оптимизации информационного обмена в общественных структурах.
