Abstract

Представлен краткий обзор работ, связанных с междисциплинарным моделированием старения и репродукции. Рассмотрена модель, в которой предполагается, что темп индивидуального старения организма пропорционален темпу потребления кислорода и его оксидативной уязвимости. Старение представлено как снижение с возрастом способности организма перерабатывать в энергию вещества, поступающие из окружающей среды. На основе модели оксидативных повреждений и модели смерти от старости построена общая схема моделирования жизненного цикла организма, с помощью которой выполнен анализ системных механизмов управления репродукцией и старением плодовых мушек (Drosophila и Cemtitis capitata).
