Abstract

Рассмотрены вопросы создания корпоративных автоматизированных информационных систем поддержки принятия решений на примере регионального управления федеральной почтовой связи России. На основе современных аппаратно-программных средств и информационных технологий предложены подходы к решению задачи построения системы сбора, обработки и представления информации, используемой при анализе и оперативном управлении деятельностью территориально распределенной организации.
