Abstract

Рассмотрены архитектурные слои АСУ производства; основной акцент сделан на обобщении и структурировании сведений о системах технического обслуживания и ремонта оборудования (ТОРО). Определены функции, входящие в зону ответственности этих систем: формирование сводок о состоянии оборудования на основе первичных сведений, прогнозирование плановых и внеплановых ремонтов и обслуживания на основе вторичных данных и др. Приведено обоснование, позволяющее отнести ТОРО-системы к уровню MES систем управления основными фондами. Обсуждены некоторые популярные на рынке СНГ программные инструменты MES, представлены результаты их сравнительного анализа.
