Abstract

The static models of corruption in three-level water resources quality control systems are considered. Different types of corruption (extortion, capture) using different methods of hierarchical management (compulsion, impulsion) are investigated. The possibility of punishment (fine) for bribes for both participants of the corruption relations is provided. The methods of anti-corruption drive are illustrated by typical examples.
