Abstract

Рассмотрено влияние диеты на увеличение продолжительности жизни у различных живых организмов. Отмечено, что при умеренном ограничении питания продолжительность жизни увеличивается, причем увеличение определяется не калорийностью диеты, а составом ее компонентов. Рассмотрена следующая гипотеза: изменение продолжительности жизни при ограничении питания связано переходом организма в нестационарное состояние, когда для восстановления стационарности включаются процессы управления. Сокращаются расходы энергии на репродукцию, начинается перестройка метаболизма и увеличивается выход субстратов. Наблюдаемое в ряде случаев увеличение продолжительности жизни может быть побочным результатом этих процессов. Получены результаты моделирования, подтверждающие эти выводы.
