Abstract

В постиндустриальную эпоху производство материальных объектов отходит на второй план главным становится производство знаний и информации, поэтому для ускорения научно-технического прогресса следует форсировать создание индустрии производства цифровой научной и учебно-справочной литературы. Это реальный еще имеющийся шанс России занять достойное положение среди лидеров постиндустриального мира не только в качестве поставщика природных ресурсов, но и как производителя интеллектуальной высокотехнологичной продукции. Приведены тезисы В. А. Трапезникова, основные положения доктрины постиндустриализма, сведения, характеризующие состояние промышленности и интеллектуальных ресурсов современной России.
