Abstract

Рассмотрены адаптивные механизмы управления эволюцией организации, в которых центр, принимающий решения в условиях неопределенности, использует процедуры обучения опознавания образов с учетом знаний эксперта-технократа. Показано, что эксперт-технократ может, пользуясь своим положением, обеспечивать как прогресс, так и регресс организации. Поставлены задачи синтеза прогрессивного и регрессивного технократического механизма. Найдены достаточные условия прогрессивности и регрессивности этого механизма.
