Поглощение Компании «Северная Нефть»: Ретроспективный Анализ Результативности Трансакции

Abstract

В статье представлено ретроспективное исследование эффективности интеграционной сделки по присоединению компанией ОАО «Роснефть» нефтегазовых активов ОАО «Северная нефть». Освещаются основные моменты заключения сделки, приводятся ключевые экономические показатели деятельности компании до и после осуществления сделки, анализируется динамика ее основных финансовых коэффициентов. На основании данных, характеризующих последующее развитие ООО «РН-Северная нефть» в структуре ОАО «Роснефть», показано, что данная трансакция была целесообразной.
