Abstract

Статья содержит обзор основных тенденций финансового обеспечения социальной сферы Севера России: роста объема финансирования, опережающего наращивания пенсионного обеспечения, сглаживания межрегионального неравенства, сохранения приоритетной роли централизованных источников. Представлен сценарный прогноз финансирования социальных систем до 2020 г., согласно которому решение главных задач ближайших лет адаптации к демографическим изменениям и устранения диспропорций в оплате труда потребует объединения усилий государства, бизнеса, граждан и самих работников.
