Abstract

В статье рассматриваются механизмы аккумулирования системного риска в экономических системах, каналы его распространения на национальном и на международном уровнях. Анализируются преимущества и недостатки различных подходов к регулированию системного риска. Обосновывается необходимость дифференцированных подходов к регулированию финансовых организаций в зависимости от их системной значимости, а также применения контрциклических инструментов, сглаживающих колебания финансового цикла.
