Взаимосвязь Динамики Вакантных Рабочих Мест И Рабочей Силы В России: Гендерные Особенности

Abstract

В статье исследуется совместная динамика мужской и женской рабочей силы и вакантных рабочих мест в России. Предлагается модель движения населения и трудовых ресурсов, учитывающая гендерные различия в рабочей силе. Анализируется динамика коэффициентов модели и оценивается эффективность процесса согласования текущего спроса на труд и его предложения на ретроспективном периоде путем декомпозиции влияния отдельных факторов на общее изменение анализируемых показателей. Оцениваются значения коэффициентов модели на перспективу и дается прогноз динамики изменения основных параметров рынка труда, в том числе с учетом гендерных особенностей.
