О Необходимости Перехода На Новую Парадигму Разработки И Реализации Агропродовольственной Политики

Abstract

В статье на основе прогноза возможного в перспективе увеличения емкости внутреннего рынка аграрной продукции делается вывод о том, что к концу второго десятилетия этого века можно ожидать исчерпания имеющегося потенциала роста сельскохозяйственного производства с опорой на спрос на продовольствие и сырье для пищевой и легкой промышленности. Даются развернутые иллюстрации того, что насыщение традиционных рынков сбыта приведет к существенным изменениям в логике взаимообусловленности различных аспектов развития АПК, в логике формирования проблемных ситуаций, которые будут возникать в развитии аграрного сектора в среднеи долгосрочной перспективе, что должно найти отражение в подходах к разработке и реализации агропродовольственной политики.
