Неравновесные Цены И Гибкость Экономических Рынков

Abstract

В статье предложен подход к оценке равновесной заработной платы и равновесной нормы прибыли с последующей идентификацией их искажений при формировании фактических значений цен макрофакторов. Показана связь процесса искажения равновесных цен с законом Л. Вальраса. Обобщена концепция неравновесных цен для трех рынков труда, капитала и институтов. Введено понятие гибкости экономических рынков и раскрыта его роль в формировании экономического равновесия. Предложена методика определения «естественного» уровня безработицы. Апробация всех методов осуществлена на примере США, Великобритании и России.
